Developing Customer-Centric Philosophy and Team Information in Small-Medium Hotels of Cyprus with Innovative Procedures.
The ultimate goal was to create a program for the promotion of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Intelligence (BI) results for Cyprus Small and Medium Business Units, contributing significantly to the development of the Tourism Industry in Cyprus.
At the same time, the Project aimed at developing customer loyalty models that have as their main objective the design of customer rewarding actions. The results of the project include the significant contribution to the enhancement of the cooperation of the Cypriot enterprises with the domestic research entities, the strengthening of the research activity, the entrepreneurial competitiveness and the Cypriot economy, the embrace of the customer-centralized approach by the Cypriot enterprises, disseminate results to all businesses in the sector for their exploitation.

Project 1: Provision of Technical Advisory Services for the Project «Training Program for Strategy, Leadership and Managerial Development Of Cyprus Public services”
The aim of the project is to strengthen the strategic, administrative and leadership capacity of the Cyprus Public Service through the provision to organizations and executives of innovative learning services and on-site support for the implementation of learning in practice.
The physical object of the Project involves identifying / documenting existing weaknesses in the areas of strategy, management and leadership and developing (designing, implementing and evaluating) Learning Activities to upgrade the capacity of the Public Service in these areas. Learning Activities include (a) the development of training programs to meet the learning needs of Public Service executives, and (b) the development of a Work-based Project by Public Service Executives to implement their Organization in order to strengthen strategic, administrative and leadership skills.

Provision of Technical Advisory Services for the «Education for the Development of Administrative and Leadership Capacity in Local Government Organizations»
The aim of the project is to strengthen the administrative and leadership capabilities of Cyprus Local Government Organizations through education and support of their executives, elected and non-elected.
The physical object of the project includes the identification and documentation of the existing weaknesses in management and learning, b of an integrated education and planning program related to the work-based Project, and the creation of a mechanism that will promote on a continuous basis, after the completion of the project, the management of learning to the Local Authorities.

Omas in cooperation with ITMC undertook as a Subcontractor on behalf of ICAP SA the provision of Technical Support and Project Management services for its timely and correct implementation through a series of coordinated management and monitoring actions and will participate in the following phases and activities under this Agreement. To implement these actions, ITMC/OMAS will provide ICAP support on technical / financial, organizational and management issues, design studies and expertise.
1) Provision of Technical Support Services
This service category aims to provide ongoing support to the implementation tracking mechanism during the implementation phase of the Project and Operator’s Total Project and includes tasks related to management needs, technical expertise and meeting the increased information requirements of the involved.

Information system management and exploitation of migratory data
The project concerns the development of a modern information system that will serve for the collection, intersection, management and operational utilization of migration data, with the aim of drawing out detailed conclusions that will support the elaboration of an in-depth immigration policy. Implementation of such a system is a challenge for the organization at both operational and technological level, given the inherent specificities of the requisite, such as the need to extract data from heterogeneous sources, the difficulty in systematically checking and matching the data collected, the increased requirements security due to the sensitivity of the data, etc.
Project objects include:
Reporting on migrant data to enable the government, the social partners, the research community, public service providers, non-governmental organizations to provide knowledge and intelligible information organizations and other actors in society, including immigrants.
