ITMC INNOVATION TECHNOLOGY & MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS S.A. successfully implemented in 2023, a landmark project for Public Procurement, applying Process Mining techniques through the QPR Process Analyzer system.
Successful completion of the project “Modeling and Redesign of the Processes of the Core Business Unit of DEPA (Natural gas Company), using the software ARIS Connect by SOFTWARE AG. The project included updating of the Value Added Chain, mapping of all processes, as well as modeling and redesigning the top 20 Cost Sensitive processes of the Core Business Unit, taking into account the broad legislative framework governing the Natural Gas Trading sector.
The aim of the project is to provide the necessary equipment for the complete digitization and monitoring of the organization’s processes through the software process management platform ARIS Connect of Software AG. ARIS Connect software can contribute to the creation of a stable and sustainable development and to the better cooperation in all the organization.
The purpose of the project is to update the processes and depict them based on the international standard BPMN 2.0, in order to achieve the alignment of all the Departments and Offices with the Corporate Strategy of the organization. Process planning and redesign are important success factors in achieving the long-term viability of the organization. All modern companies rely on their business processes to achieve their smooth and profitable operation.
